What is the Panarottis Rewards Programme?
The Panarottis Rewards Programme is Panarottis very own loyalty programme, specially designed to provide our loyal customers with great rewards. The Panarottis Rewards Programme allows you to earn points every time you dine at Panarottis Pizza Pasta or Panarottis Pizza Express in South Africa. Once you’ve reached 500 points, the points will be automatically converted into a R25 Panarottis Meal Voucher, which can be redeemed for food and beverages within the next three years at any Panarottis Pizza Pasta or Panarottis Pizza Express.
What are the benefits of being a Panarottis Rewards Member?
The nice thing about the Panarottis Rewards Programme is that anybody over the age of 12 are eligible for membership.
  • Every time a member eats at Panarottis, they will receive points on their total bill. 5% of the value of their bill (excl. VAT and waitron tip) will be converted to points.
  • Spend R500 excl. VAT and Waitron Tip to accumulate 500 points loaded onto your profile.
  • Once more than 500 points have been earned, the points are automatically converted into a R25 Panarottis Meal Voucher.
  • To check the status of your Panarottis Meal Voucher digitally go to our website or contact our Call Centre.
  • Here you can:
    • Monitor your points balance.
    • View your statement.
    • Update your details digitally on our website (anytime) or through our Call Centre.
    • Digital Rewards Members do not need to carry a physical card.
How do I sign up to be a Panarottis Rewards Member?

There are two ways of joining the Panarottis Rewards Programme.

  1. Visit any Panarottis and ask for a Panarottis Rewards Application Leaflet. Register your card using one of the four options listed on the application leaflet found in-store.

What is a Digital Profile?
The Panarottis Rewards Digital Profile is a digital/electronic version of the Panarottis Rewards Card. It allows members to sign up online using their cellphone, computer or tablet via an Internet connection. Members can also earn points and redeem Panarottis Meal Vouchers (all without having a physical card).
How does the Digital Profile work?
It's easy, just follow these steps:
  • Register on www.panarottisrewards.co.za.
  • Once registered, log onto your profile.
  • Select the activity you desire i.e. Check your points balance, Earn points or Redeem Panarottis Meal Vouchers.
  • Every time you want to earn points on your bill or redeem Panarottis Meal Vouchers you will need to request a unique 6-digit code. This code allows the system to identify your Digital Profile so that the right amount of points can be allocated to your account (and your Panarottis Meal Vouchers can be viewed and redeemed).
  • Write down the code on the bill slip and hand it to your waitron.
What is a "unique 6-digit code" and how does it work?
Panarottis uses the 6-digit code to identify the Digital Profile to a particular transaction and to validate that the transaction being requested is a genuine one. Redeeming Panarottis Meal Vouchers and earning points can happen with the same 6-digit code. The 6-digit code is there to identify the member to their transactions.
What happens if my unique 6-digit code expires?
The unique 6-digit code lasts for 15 minutes from the time you request it. Should the time frame expire, just request another code and hand this to your waitron. Each time a new unique 6-digit code is requested or a previously requested code expires, the previous unique 6-digit code becomes invalid.
How do I generate my unique 6-digit code?
Once you have enjoyed your meal at Panarottis and would like to conclude your visit, follow these easy steps:
  • Log onto your Panarottis Rewards profile at www.panarottisrewards.co.za.
  • Request a unique 6-digit code on the "Generate loyalty code" tab.
  • Write this 6-digit code on your bill and hand it to your waitron.
  • The code is then entered at the till point by your waitron and you'll earn points towards your next R25 Panarottis Meal Voucher. Please note that it can take up to 72 hours for new points to reflect on your profile.
How do I accumulate points on my Panarottis Rewards Profile?
To earn points, simply present your Panarottis Rewards Card or unique 6-digit code to your waitron and 5% of the total value of your bill (excl. VAT and waitron tip) will be converted to points on your Panarottis Rewards Profile. Once you've accumulated 500 points, a R25 Panarottis Meal Voucher will automatically be loaded onto your profile.
How do I know when my points have been converted to a Panarottis Meal Voucher?
Panarottis Meal Vouchers are loaded on your profile. The member will be notified that there is a R25 Panarottis Meal Voucher available via SMS or email, provided we have the correct contact details of the member.
How do I redeem my Panarottis Meal Vouchers?
As soon as you've accumulated 500 points, a R25 Panarottis Meal Voucher will be automatically loaded onto your profile, which you can use to enjoy a meal at your favourite Panarottis restaurant.
Hand your Panarottis Rewards Card to your waitron and inform him/her that you would like to redeem your Panarottis Meal Voucher. Or, if you have a Digital Profile and would like to redeem your Panarottis Meal Voucher, follow these easy steps:
  • Log onto your account via www.panarottisrewards.co.za.
  • Select the Panarottis Meal Vouchers you want to redeem.
  • Request a unique 6-digit code.
  • Write this code on your bill and hand it to your waitron.
  • The code is then entered at the till point by your waitron so that your Panarottis Meal Voucher can be redeemed.

Please note the following:
  • Points or Panarottis Meal Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or used to tip waitrons.
  • Panarottis Meal Vouchers may only be redeemed by the registered owner of the profile.
  • A Panarottis Meal Voucher may only be claimed if the bill total equals or exceeds the Panarottis Meal Voucher value.
How long are my Panarottis Meal Vouchers valid for?
Your Panarottis Meal Vouchers are valid for three years from date of issue.
How do I check my points balance?
If you have a physical Panarottis Rewards Card, just ask your Panarottis waitron for a balance slip. Your waitron will check your balance at the till point and print a balance slip for you. You can also log onto www.panarottisrewards.co.za via your computer or tablet device or ms.panarottisrewards.co.za via your mobile phone, alternatively you can call Customer Care on 086 0007262.
If you are a digital member, log onto your profile via www.panarottisrewards.co.za to view your points balance or statement.
What if I forget my login details?
Go to the login page at www.panarottisrewards.co.za, click on "Forgot password?". Follow the steps to regain your details.
Do I need to request separate codes for earning loyalty points and redeeming Panarottis Meal Vouchers?
No, the same unique 6-digit code can be used to both redeem and earn in one transaction. All you need to do is request your unique 6-digit code when you are presented with the pro-forma invoice, write down this code onto the invoice and inform your waitron as to what you would like to do: earn loyalty points, redeem a Panarottis Meal Voucher or both.
What details do I require when I contact Panarottis Customer Care?

What if I forget my card at home?
The great thing about the Panarottis Rewards Programme is that you can transact with a card or your mobile profile on one account. Visit www.panarottisrewards.co.za to request a 6-digit-code to earn points or redeem Panarottis Meal Vouchers.
What if there is one card and several bills?
A card can only be swiped once in a 24-hour period. Should you visit more than once in a day, request to speak to the manager who will be able to help you with this transaction.
What if the bill comes to less than R25 and I ask to redeem a Panarottis Meal Voucher and get change?
Change cannot be given from a Panarottis Meal Voucher. The bill needs to equal or exceed the Panarottis Meal Vouchers value.
Can I tip my waiter with my Panarottis Meal Vouchers?
Panarottis Meal Vouchers cannot be used to tip the waitrons.
What if I have more than one Panarottis Meal Voucher and I want to use all of them?
You may use as many Panarottis Meal Vouchers as you wish, as long as the bill total is the same or more than the value of the Panarottis Meal Vouchers.
How long does it take for my points to reflect on my profile?
It can take up to 72 hours for your new points to reflect on your profile.
What if I need a replacement card and it has to be linked immediately?
When you are in a restaurant, you can request for this to be done by the waitron. The waitron will contact Panarottis Customer Care to confirm your previous Panarottis Rewards Card is blocked and to then link your new card to your profile. You will need to give your waitron the following information:
  • Your name and surname
  • Date of birth
  • Panarottis Rewards Membership Number (the new card to be linked)
  • Cell number and email address
When redeeming a Panarottis Meal Voucher, do I still earn points? If so, are points earned on the discounted total or the full bill total?
Yes, you will still earn points, however points will be calculated on the discounted value of the bill.
